There are two types of classes; Regular & Cooking with the Chef
Regular Classes
Our Regular classes are held Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday each week and
consist of up to 25 people. The classes are informal, entertaining, and
geared toward the home amateur cook. Jean Pierre makes each course of
a complete meal directly in front of you. He tells you all the ingredients
and methods so you can take notes to reproduce the same at home. You
also get to eat each course as he makes it so you should come hungry.
You are encouraged to bring your own bottle of wine to enjoy with your
dinner. You may ask questions at any time. Taste new and exotic flavors
in an atmosphere of like-minded individuals. $55.00 per person.
Hors
d'oeuvres, soups, salads, appetizers, entrees, and desserts are just a
few of the many topics covered. Learn how to order wines and pair them
with foods. If you have a group of 10 people he will design a menu just
for you and hold a private class. Consider having your next party, business
meeting, or client appreciation function in the form of a fun cooking class.
At home parties are also a possibility.
Cooking with the Chef
Cooking with the chef classes are scheduled once a month. These are hands
on type classes for people who like to whip, stir, beat, and whisk. You
are doing the cooking of three courses under Chef Jean Pierre's direction
and supervision. Limited to 10-12 people at a time each participant has
a task to complete for each course of food. These classes are very
popular and fill fast. $65.00 per person.
Private Parties
Private parties may be reserved for any night of the week not previously
booked. Minimum of 10 people (Saturdays require 15 people) up to 25.
You pick your own 4 course menu from a large selection of suggestions.
$55.00 per person plus gratuity. Family reunions, receptions, business
meetings, holiday parties and corporate events are just a few of the
options available. At home parties are also a possibility.
